Audit report to show users (from outside of our facility) activity reviewing your sites submitted data.

Display user name, associated facility, patient name and date/time stamp. If possible we would also like to include what they reviewed on the patient summary. Ability to run the report by a date range without the need to specify a patient. The report would return patients that were viewed by an outside source.
