To access the Patient Lists tool in TRAKnet, click on the Reports dropdown menu in the upper left-hand portion of the main screen, then select Patient Lists. The Clinical Decision Rules and Patient Lists screen will then open.
To create a new patient list, from the Rules and Lists tab click on the Patient Lists folder, then click Add. This will open the Add Patient Lists window.
This window is broken down into two sections:
Name — Give the report a name such as "MX patient panel"
Data and Criteria — The criteria with which the list is filtered. Make sure to include all the columns in the panel template.
