How do I extract patient data from my Visionary Office EHR?

You can extract patient information from your Visionary Office electronic health record (EHR) in order to receive notifications for these patients in MX Notify. To extract patient data from the Visionary Office EHR system, follow these steps:

  1. Click Database Utilities at the top

    1. Click View Records

  2. Click on drop down menu at the top

    1. Click Patient Master list

  3. Click Export

  4. Status bar should appear at the bottom on report's completion progress

  5. Excel spreadsheet will automatically open when the report is completed

    1. Save spreadsheet as a .CSV file to your computer desktop

  6. Locate the file and verify the contents and format are correct

You will have now successfully extracted your patients information from your EHR system. To get notifications in real-time whenever these patients have encounters, please submit your patient panel list via the MX SFTP site.
