How do I extract patient data from my Office Ally

You can export your patient panel from Office Ally by first logging into the Practice Mate application. If you do not have the Practice Mate application enabled, you will need to reach out to Office Ally to have this set up and synced to your account.

Once you have logged into Practice Mate, follow these steps:

  1. Click into the Manage Patients section (should be a tab at the top of the application)

  2. Select Reports from the drop down menu, then choose the Patient List Export in CSV formatting option. (There are two Patient List Reports available. The first one contains basic demographic and contact information. The second report, Patient List (CSV/Excel Report) contains much more data and is designed to complement a .csv format for import to other programs.)

  3. The system requires a range for the data, so enter in A to Z to run the report for all patients, then click the Go button. If there are too many patients for the report, you can try running multiple lists (example A to M and M to Z). Once the list appears, click the Export button, and then save the file to your computer's desktop.
