Adding an icon on the left hand | MX Ideas and Knowledge Base

Adding an icon on the left hand navigation bar of UUX (where home, Access, Notify, Analyze are located) that links to training materials.

As a user, I would like to see a "Training Material" icon included in the MX Platform main menu so that I can quickly be redirected to the MX Resource Library that contains all the training documentation.
