Patient's insurance information is captured in the notification, under the demographic section. 

1) After logging in, select the notification for the patient you are interested in 

2) Patient demographics will be displayed at the top of the page.

3) On the right-hand side, you will find the Insurance Panel and Insurance ADT.

• Insurance panel refers to the insurance information provided in the patient panel whereas Insurance ADT is the insurance provided in the ADT message received from the sending facility.
