Changing your password regularly helps ensure ACOs, payers, and other entities are able to securely access patient notifications. You're also advised to change your password after your first initial login. To change your password, follow these steps:
1) Hover over your username located on the upper right corner of the screen and click on Change Password.
2) Enter your current password.
3) Enter your new password, which must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 1 uppercase, 1 non-letter and 1 digit.
Note: acceptable special characters
4) Re-enter your new password and click Update Password.
Note: If there is a problem with the new password, you will be prompted to revise and enter a new one.
Upon successfully changing the password, a confirmation will be displayed.
