How do I access my notification messages?

When you receive a real-time encounter notification through MX Notify, it includes both a quick summary of the event as well as any additional details available. This additional information includes details on the patient's demographics, the prior most recent event, and event history, to add useful context to the encounter notification.

1) When you login, you’ll immediately see a list of notifications, with the most recent notifications loading at the top of the page. Click on the notification you’re interested in reading. Event details will then be displayed on the right hand-side of the screen.

2) Patient demographics can be found at the top of the page with further event details just below it, under Most Recent Event. This section also includes the patient’s admissions history, including the total number of inpatient and emergency department (ED) visits in the past 12 months.

3) To get more information about these events, scroll down to Event History and click on the + symbol. The window will expand to show more details.
