MX Ideas and Knowledge Base

As a clinician in a hospital, I need to check to see if any of my patients have POLST form(s) on file so that I know how to properly treat them.  Presently I have to login to a separate website to access this data.  Given that my hospital is connected to the MX network, is it possible for MX to store a copy of the POLST form in their system?  Additionally it would be ideal if MX could provide a copy of POLST forms via an API call to allow hospitals that are already connected to MX to be able to receive POLST forms through that connection.
