As a user, when I hit tab I want the field to be highlighted so that I know which field I am currently on, and I can quickly enter the appropriate search criteria.
Example 1: Tabbing over to DOB highlights the DOB search field
Example 2: Tabbing over to gender does not highlight the gender search field
