Filter allergies

As a user, I want to see duplicate allergies condensed into one line with an option to expand, and "No Known Allergies" displayed at the bottom of the page, so that I can easily identify the patient's allergens.

    2nd request by Dr.Schabelman: The allergy field fills up with the same allergy. This will eventually become cumbersome. In addition, having an allergy does not over-ride and remove "no known drug allergy", which just makes things confusing
