Requested by Nikhil Sharma at Telemed2U. I recommend a week's notice to ensure users have sufficient warning, and prompting them to login so they can avoid being deactivated. I know an email is sent after an account is deactivated, but it would be nice for users to be able to pre-empt that, e.g. inactivity warning on portal.
