Request: Within the MX Web Portal (UUX) - Admin Portal, allow MX Admins the ability to Lock/Deactivate or Activate/Unlock multiple user accounts. This function should only be available to MX Admins.

Problem: Support currently has to deactivate members one by one and there is no grouping option

Reason for Request: At times support is asked to lock down all users from accessing the portal due to legal issues or the participant is off-boarding. Some sites have more than 10 users, which would require support to deactivate/lock each user one by one. This new function would allow us to do a bulk Lock/Deactivate or Activate/Unlock.
