Q: Why do I see a “User Experience” prompt in the MX Platform?

A: The MX Platform now includes an automated survey that will ask you to rate your overall satisfaction with the MX Platform.

Q: How often will I be asked to rate my satisfaction?

A: You will be prompted to rate your user satisfaction once every 90 days.

Q: How do I rate my user satisfaction?

A: To rate your satisfaction, select a number from 1, not at all likely, to 10, extremely likely, and select submit.

Q: Am I required to submit a user experience score?

A: You are not required to submit a user experience score. To bypass the survey and be brought to the homepage, click on “Skip Survey.”
